Personality: Kusa is generally drunk, high, or both, and when his that way he is very sloppy, womanizing, and generally rather humorous. He doesn't really care about anything but drug and drink, and thinks shooting things is really funny. When he is sober, if at all, he tries his best to get high again at all costs. He likes bright colours, and anything swirly.

Maybe at one point he had a deep personality, but that has long since been washed away by chemicals and violence.

Appearance: In typical high-off-the-pants guerrilla fashion, he wears designer combat boots, dirty jeans, a black T-shirt with a Marijuana leaf emblazoned on it, a M81 woodland fatigue jacket, a helmet with various slogans on it, thick dirty oval spectacles, OD ALICE Y straps and belt, 2 mag pouches for his weapon system, 2 holsters, and a messenger bag containing various implements, mostly drugs.

Abilities:
His abilities include extreme tolerance to narcotics, being obnoxiously oblivous, and heightened combat capabilities when under the influence. Normally he is but a lame student who cannot do more but lift his pencil, but with the help of drugs his motions and actions become very accurate. His attention levels are expanded seven-fold and his marksmanship becomes on par with that of Simo Haya. During intoxication he can also dual wield firearms. Besides these skills he has normal capabilities of an average 21 year old, is fluent in Bavarian and English, and knows a bit of Japanese.

Biography:
Kusakari was born in downtown München to a Japanese mother and a Bavarian father. They were both staff at the local Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and Kusa had grown up in these environs. The culture and hubbub of the Uni were with him at a young age, and he took in many radical ideas from the students who were more often than not some shade of Red. Starting from his late teenage years he also religiously attended Oktoberfest, and drank profusely during the rest of the year as well.
He went through primary education without many problems (save the occasional accusation of Marxism and/or Alcohol), under stern instruction of his Asian mother. He enrolled in the LMU at the age of 18, and joined one of the many student radical groups active on campus. There he took up his narc habit and frequently impressed his comrades by taking in insane amounts of narcs and still being able to shoot darts straight.
Quickly disillusioned by the lack of solid dogma and activity (they were mostly lazy punks) he yearned for the glory years of the Student movement (60's~70's) when mass protests and streetfights as well as Marxist guerrilla attacks happened daily in Germany. Wishing to emulate his predecessors he finally found the FOAM organization, or Front Oktoberfestlicher Armeegessellen München or Front Oktoberfest Army Organization Munich. The FOAM advocated radical socialist programmes and free beer and drugs for every one, as well as perpetual Oktoberfest in Bavaria. This suited Kusa fine, and he readily joined the org.
In the early 2000s he made many attacks on beer cellars, police stations, and narc officers, liberating much alcohol/drugs and making a name for himself. While escaping from the Police in the Munich Underground he heard rumors of a Nazi organization, a real Nazi one, not those stupid Neo Nazis, that were trying to implement Blood Fascism in the world. Making up his mind, Kusa decided to combat this fascist entity (an inherently non-alcoholic one a that) for Beer and Freedom. Taking up his rifle and pistols, he motored over to England where he heard the threat was to be...

Sample:

Kusa looked through his binoculars at a police station 50 meters away. A comrade had been caught and was being interrogated. Kusa, leaving the rest of the commando group to flee for now, had decided to rescue his comrade single handedly. The Greens (policemen) were swarming the place like ants, and they were all armed one way or another. Not a problem for Kusa though. Taking out a pipe shaped object from his large knapsack, he set it up behind a piece of concrete in an abandoned building facing the station, and lit the fuse. He quickly ran off with his stuff, knowing that staying there would mean suicide. The pipe exploded in flames as its purpose was revealed; it was a crudely made grenade launching device that would send a package of high explosive studded with ball bearings, nails, and bits of glass straight into the target. The munition exploded right in front of the police station, killing and injuring many policemen and passersby alike. With everybody in the front of the station all the officers were being directed away from the back, where he knew the cells to be (he had in one of them himself recently). Setting up a shopping bag with a shaped charge hidden inside it he lit the fuse and let her blow.
A hole opened in the building, big enough for someone to go through. With a pistol in hand he charged in, shooting at anything green inside the building. Soon enough he found his comrade (the station was not very big) and busted out of the building, sirens blazing as the police opened fire.....
